To confirm the service, payment will have to be made in advance to M/s Peregrin Edventures

BOOKING TERMS:

  • Advance payment of 50% to be made upon receipt of estimate, balance can be paid upto 60 days prior to the trip.
  • If under 60 days then a full payment needs to be made in advance with cancellation rules applicable. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND RULES:

  • Inbound and Private tours 
    •  < 30 days prior to arrival date – 100% cancellation (credit transfers possible) 
    • 45 to 31 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation
    • 46 to 60 days prior to arrival date – 20% cancellation
    • > 60 days prior to arrival date – Full refund except in cases as mentioned below
 
  • Fixed Departure and Educational Tours 
    • < 15 days prior to arrival date – 100% cancellation (credit transfers possible)
    • 16 to 30 days prior to arrival date – 75% cancellation
    • 45 to 31 days prior to arrival date – 50% cancellation
    • 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date – 10% cancellation
    • > 60 days prior to arrival date – Full refund except in cases as mentioned below

  • No refund in case of road block, accident, no show, strikes, force majeure etc. Rail/air tickets and forest permits once booked are non-refundable.
  • Bookings on festival dates are non refundable. Refunds where applicable will take 2 to 3 weeks to process.
 

 

Booking and Cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Any other taxes if applicable will be extra.

Disputes if any will be governed by laws applicable in the state of Karnataka
